About Excel (Suzhou) Semiconductor Excel (Suzhou) Semiconductor were established in 2000. We produce diodes for high-tech products ranging from information technology, peripheral equipment, telecommunication and instruments to home appliances and automobile industry. At present, our products are widely exported to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and other regions.

The Excel (Suzhou) Semiconductor product line includes:

We import chips from Japan, glass crusts from Germany and down-leads from the Taiwan area to ensure that our diodes will meet even your toughest quality benchmarks. With 12 production lines and more than 4,500 square meters of plant space, we have the capacity to produce up to 160 million diodes per month.
